2. Purposes & Legal Bases

Handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b,f) GDPR) and operating the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Hosting & Server Logs

The hosting provider processes server logs (IP address, timestamp, request, referrer, user agent) to provide the website and ensure security. Logs are usually deleted after a few days unless security incidents require longer retention.

4. Contact Forms & Communication

Data from forms/emails is processed to respond to your inquiry and follow-ups. No disclosure without legal basis. Deletion after purpose is fulfilled and statutory retention expires.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use only strictly necessary mechanisms (e.g., LocalStorage) to store language preference. No tracking. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

6. Processors & Recipients

Where we engage service providers (e.g., hosting), this is under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). International transfers only with appropriate safeguards (Art. 44 et seq. GDPR).

7. Retention

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary or required by law and then deleted.

8. Your Rights

9. Provision of Data

Providing data in the contact form is voluntary; without sufficient details we may be unable to process your request.
